This pair of SSL wireless headphones is intended for mobile audio use. It is compatible with MOST IR audio transmitters, including all SSL (Sound Storm Laboratories) in-dash multimedia players, headrest monitors, overhead monitors (with and without built-in multimedia players), and IR transmitters. The dual channel capability of these headphones allows multiple users to receive the audio from one of two different IR sources in the same proximity. This feature is especially beneficial in an automobile setting where two different movies are being played simultaneously, but watched by different individuals.
